Thinking Alone?

Bagley-isms

Most leaders have amassed support to get through their role – board members, team members, coaches.

Still, there’s a fair amount of agonizing during late nights, early mornings, and middle-of-the-night awakenings.

All symptoms of thinking alone.

And … thinking alone is a warning sign that a bigger problem may be coming.

Why, with all the support we have, do we keep turning our worries over and over again in our minds?

It might be that the support you have isn’t the support you need in that moment. Something is different about these moments. Otherwise, you would reach out to those folks.

You might be in need of some lateral perspective, a little something from outside the org chart and different than coaching moments.

Check out my latest post for some perspective on lateral perspective.

Thinking Alone?
