Describe Your Ideal Leadership Style

I promised in December that I would be back in January with some thoughts on setting leadership intentions for the coming year (NOT resolutions!).

So, let’s get to work on that, shall we?

But first … did you ever work with someone who is one leader with the team and another externally (which goes over great with the team, by the way)?

Well, I am sympathetic to some of the issues that cause this.

The ebb and flow of leadership roles, with their avalanches of unanticipated disruptions from the world outside and the world inside can throw the strongest, most focused leader off balance.

Even when we are certain how we want to lead, our humanity is on display for all to see when we face unusual challenges that push our buttons.

But we can get better with some regular reflection and some good questions (at all stages of our leadership journeys).

Check out my latest blog for questions that helped me. Let me know in the comments what questions help you.
