Already having one of those weeks?

Bagley-isms

Being pulled in lots of directions already?

You know where this leads.

Before you know it, Friday at 5:00 will be upon you. You were busy all week – definitely too busy.

And somehow, your top priorities advanced little, if at all.

I've lived that Friday regret more times than I'd like to admit, and I hear about some version of it from almost every leader I coach.

I always imagined a problem that felt so big must require a big solution – a retreat with hours to reflect and strategize, maybe some meditation, a consultant – something momentous.

Instead, the fix for me was simple: two short rituals that were bookends on my week.

Thirty-five minutes a week – 20 on Friday and 15 on Monday. That’s it.

Check out my latest post to see if this might work for you too.

Bookending Your Week

If you try it, I'd love to hear how it goes.

Until next time,
