Calm Down

Bagley-isms

Have you ever noticed how some people seem to hold steady, chaos notwithstanding? I envy them sometimes.

Or how other leaders are SO open – they let you see every peak and valley on their emotional journey? I envy them sometimes.

Oh…I also offer up five suggestions for how to strike this balance between holding it all in and letting it all out.

Let me know what you think.
