Why do I offer this? Well, when I first decided to make the transition from program director to executive director, I didn’t know what to expect. As much as I had prepared – gotten an MPA, worked for leaders I admired – I still wasn’t exactly sure what success would look like or how to know if I was really ready.

Now I am committed to helping others prepare by sharing the insights I gained over my 25+ year nonprofit career and in my work now supporting many nonprofit leaders through executive coaching.
